Wiring Guide for 3 Speed Resistors
A 3 speed resistor pack is included with this blower allowing it to be operated at low, medium and high speed settings. Please ensure the fan switch can handle the current draw at maximum power. For 3 speeds you will need a 4 position switch (low, medium, high, off) using wire size of at least 2.5mm²

SPAL 3 Speed Resistor Contacts
- Contact MOTOR should be connected to the +ve terminal on the blower motor with the other terminal on the motor leading to GROUND
- Contact 3+ on the resistor should be connected to the HIGH setting on the swtich (+ve supply)
- Contact 2+ on the resistor should be connected to the MEDIUM setting on the swtich (+ve supply)
- Contact 1+ on the resistor should be connected to the LOW setting on the swtich (+ve supply)
